Lotus root chips
I made lotus root chips as a snack and ate them today. I haven't cooked a little lately. And I thought I should eat more vegetables. So I went to Pia Bandai and buy a lot of lotus roots. I cut the lotus root and fried it in olive oil and salt and pepper. I was able to make lotus root chips just by doing that. It's easy and delicious!
What a healthy side dish!?
