Stew

I made cabbage and egg salad and stew with my friends. The salad called Mugenkyabetu. Because It's so delicious that you can eat it endlessly. These were so delicious！ So we ate a lot.

Nagaoka

I'm in Nagaoka now. I came to Nagaoka after today's class. I went to a ski specialty shop here. I want to buy a ski set in this winter because I'm going to ski with my friends next spring vacation. But I have never bought a ski set before and don't have knowledge of ski sets. So I went there. I enjoyed talking about ski sets with the clerk there. At night, I saw the illuminations of the Christmas tree. It was very beautiful.

I ate iwanori shouyu ramen in Tousenya. I ate gyouza too. They were so delicious！ There is many ramen in Tousenya. I will go  there again and I want to eat other ramen too.

Lotus root chips

I made lotus root chips as a snack and ate them today. I haven't cooked a little lately. And I thought I should eat more vegetables. So I went to Pia Bandai and buy a lot of lotus roots. I cut the lotus root and fried it in olive oil and salt and pepper. I was able to make lotus root chips just by doing that. It's easy and delicious！
